Doing the right thing isn't always easy

Thank God congressman from both parties stood up for what was right and didn't sign a hurried bill, that was not the best thing for our country. If we are going to head down the socialist route, lets at least not do things like, send TAXPAYER money over seas to bailout foreign companies, or give benefits to the the CEO's of the firms that were giving out these bad loans. By the way, contrary to what the mainstream media and our congress would like you to believe, the lending companies are not the only ones to blame for this crisis. However, I do not want to digress into the topic of another discussion. 

I salute the men and women from both parties in congress, like Vern Buchanan, that did not give into the hysterical media, and decided to hold out for a bill that would be better for our country. There isn't going to be a perfect bill, but lets at least make an attempt to be somewhat responsible about it.
